School and Community Visits

The Life Education Center provides classroom teachers with pre- and post- visit materials so that discussion and appropriate activities can take place in the classroom. Students receive activity books which reinforce concepts presented during the program.

Teacher inservice programs, community, and parent programs can be arranged while the mobile classroom is at the school to ensure involvement of members of the community in the approach of Life Education Centers. After school, the mobile classroom is available for presentations to local business and community groups interested in the Life Education Center.

During the summer months the mobile classroom is also available to local communities and neighborhoods centers and summer camp facilities.
